Team Leader £15 – 18k plus bonus and benefits. Immediate Start
We are expanding our successful gold purchase service and looking to recruit enthusiastic, committed and experienced Team Leaders.
As Team Leader you will have full responsibility for your retail unit. Your duties will include amongst others:-
• Meeting Purchase Targets
• Training Team members
• Serving Customers
• Examining and Testing Gold
• Providing quotations for the purchase of Gold
You will also ensure that your unit is fully staffed at all times and provide the required training and development of your team.
A background of working in gold testing and supervisory experience would be beneficial but these are not essential as you will be given full training.
You must have a flexible approach to your working week and where required the location of your unit as travel across the UK may be required.
In view of this you must have your own car and a full UK driving licence. You must also be eligible to work in the UK.
